With so many different exercise programs existing today, it is becoming increasingly more possible for individuals to overexert themselves in a fitness setting.  Being prepared to spring into action in the event of an emergency at the gym, in a fitness class, or even simply walking down the street, can be the difference between a life or death situation.  There are different steps to follow in these situations, whether you are trained or not.  To figure out what you can do to be prepared in the event of a peer collapsing during your workout, follow these helpful tips.
